About Firebird Firebird Coaching & Consulting was founded in 2006 by actress, artist and coach Lisa Abend, to provide powerful, life-transforming coaching and training services to our clients, with compassion, creativity, humor and excellence.
At Firebird, our motto is: "clarity + action = evolution!" We are here to help you get clarity, make a plan of action and move forward in the direction of your choice. You and your employees or colleagues will enjoy learning new skills as you're being entertained and inspired by our core troupe of actor/teachers. As a coach to spiritual seekers over age 40, Lisa brings a high degree of skill and passion to helping her clients attain clarity and inspired sureness of purpose in their lives. She draws upon her 25+ years of experience in the areas of personal growth, success strategies, the arts, creativity and spirituality to provide a very special service.
Like "Ivan" in the "Firebird" folktale, we are all the hero or heroine of our own story. We all encounter obstacles and find ourselves in need of fresh ideas for ways to overcome these obstacles. We all have a "Firebird" inside of us; an ever-present source of inspiration and support. In order to access this wise inner aspect of ourselves, however, we need to be conscious of it! In this fast-paced world, finding time to look within for answers is often in short supply. That's where practical tools such as coaching, meditation and clear communication skills come in handy. Conscious learning gives you insight; conscious planning results in action; taking action results in evolution.
